

Stephanie Dillion, RN, serves as the Community Health Supervisor for MyMichigan Medical Center, supporting the West Branch, Gladwin, Standish, and Tawas regions. She began her career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, spending eight years in pharmacy before advancing into nursing, followed by five years in Labor and Delivery where she supported patients and families during pivotal moments.
Stephanie’s dedication to strengthening community well-being led her into community health, where she now leads outreach and population health initiatives across multiple service areas. She has been part of the MyMichigan team for nine years and brings a strong commitment to improving access, education, and support for residents throughout the region.
Outside of her professional role, Stephanie is the proud mother of three boys and strives to model the importance of community involvement and service in everyday life.

Sarah Coffin, a Tawas City resident, serves as a Commercial Lender with Huron Community Bank and brings more than 11 years of experience in the banking industry, including nine years in commercial lending. She has recently expanded her expertise through advanced certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute, earning credentials in financial planning and wealth management, commercial banking and credit analysis, commercial real estate finance, and risk management.
Committed to strengthening the local economy, Sarah joined the Develop Iosco Board to help support small businesses and foster an environment where new enterprises can grow and succeed across the region.

Develop Iosco is a 501-c-3 nonprofit volunteer organization serving as a convener and facilitator for economic development activities within Iosco County related to business development.
As an economic development organization, DI promotes Iosco County as a place for business growth to improve the quality of life for current and new residents.

Every success we celebrate — from regional partnerships to community initiatives — is made possible by our members. Your membership dollars directly fund our staffing, which powers the leadership, coordination, and action behind everything we do.

We’re thrilled to announce that Oscoda Township — the largest township in Iosco County — has officially joined Develop Iosco!
This is a major step forward for regional collaboration and economic growth. With Oscoda’s leadership and participation, our countywide efforts are stronger, more united, and better equipped to drive impact.
Together, we’re building a brighter future for all of Iosco County.
Putting this into perspective, 12 out of 14 townships and municipalities in Iosco County are active members of Develop Iosco — a strong show of countywide collaboration and commitment to economic development.
